Portobello mushroom, confit onion, goats cheese, nut crumb

Golden & red beets, grapes, sunflower seeds, almond sauce

Ham hock terrine, charred pineapple, piccalilli, sourdough

Caramelised king scallops, carrot, ginger, golden raisin (£5 supplement)


Marinated smoked salmon, celeriac remoulade, crispy capers

Spiced butternut squash veloute, toasted pumpkin seeds

Lamb loin & shoulder, peas & mint, boulangere potato

Monk fish, asparagus, new potatoes, curry spiced cream

Blade of beef, honey roast carrot, green sauce, mash
